Which is the nearest airport to your resort?
Málaga International Airport is situated approx 40 minutes by car from the resort.
How can I get to the resort from the airport?
You can either take a taxi (around €50) at the airport or order a transfer together with your hotel reservation. The transfer can be bay car or bus with driver and the driver will wait for you in the arrivals area with a sign stating your name. This service is slightly more expensive but is recommended if you wish to avaid the trouble of finding and waiting for a taxi. We can also give you advise on car hire either before your arrival or during your stay.
How far are you from the beach?
One of the best beaches on the Costa del Sol, the beach of La Cala de Mijas, is only 7 kms from the resort.
How far are you from the nearest town?
The Village of La Cala de Mijas is 7 kms away. Here you can find supermarkets, small shops, bars and restaurants. Fuengirola, Mijas and Marbella are towns which all can be reached in approximately 15 to 20 minutes, where big shopping centres, tourist shops, cinemas, theatres and other services are available.
Is there a wireless connection at the hotel?
Yes. Our reception staff are available to help you with any technical inquiries. There are coin operated internet connections available at Bar Califa in the Hotel and in the clubhouse.
Is the breakfast service in the hotel?
Yes, in La Terraza Restaurant. During the summer months you can also enjoy your breakfast in the shade, around the pool
Do you offer a baby-sitting service?
Yes, our reception staff will be pleased to inform you more about the availability of this service and rates. During the main holiday seasons, a children’s mini club is available.
Are there banking facilities nearby?
The nearest banks are located in La Cala de Mijas (around 5 minutes in car) but at the reception we can help you to exchange money. All main credit cards are accepted.
Do you have a hairdresser at the resort?
Yes, our hairdressing salon is located in Caracala Spa. It is recommended to book in advance.
Does the hotel have a secure location to leave valuables?
In your room you will find your own personal safe.
Can we book excursions from the hotel?
Yes, our reception staff can inform you about various excursions, time-tables and costs.
Is there a laundry service available?
Yes. In the wardrobe in your room you will find laundry bags and price lists.
Are the rooms cleaned every day?
Yes, once per day.
Is there parking available?
There is adequate external parking by the main hotel entrance.
When can I check-in and check-out?
Check-in is from 15:00 hrs. On the day of departure, you are required to vacate your room before 12:00 hrs (midday).
Where can I look for lost property?
At the reception. If it has been lost on one of the golf courses, please inquire at the pro shop.
