La Cala Resort is the ideal setting for motivating your people and encouraging them to become a close-knit, cohesive and effective team.

Our friendly climate, with sunshine for around 320 days a year, puts everyone in a positive frame of mind. Then, we offer a variety of locations and activities around the Resort where individuals can compete, relax and bond in shared experiences.

With three championship golf courses plus extensive facilities to choose from, your golfers will be in their element. So too will lovers of tennis and football. Our Fitness Centre and Wellbeing Activities provide further potential. We can also arrange activities outside the Resort, such as trekking and horse riding in the nearby mountains. Then, at the end of a productive day, you can bring everyone together in our restaurants and bars.

Our Events Team will be happy to discuss your needs and put together a schedule for you to discuss and decide. Alternatively, we can recommend locations and facilities throughout La Cala Resort if you wish to bring in your own team building coordinators.
