Without a doubt, La Cala Resort offers a complete golf schedule for the golf lovers, who will be able to merge sun, beach, health, well-being and gastronomy together with the practice of their favorite sport.
Two tournaments are being played on August 10th. On one hand, we will enjoy a new edition of the Lady Golf National Circuit on the Campo America course. This is a tournament directed towards the women of such sport and with the objective of having the opportunity to show their skills. The winners of the handicap will go to the great final of the Lady National Circuit, which will take place next November. At the same time of this event, and on the same golf course, the Summer tournament sponsored by Summum Golfis expected to take place, being one of the most relevant national events for the amateur players.
On August 15th, in coincidence with the national holiday, the IXth edition of the well-known Father & Son tournament will be held. Its objective is to emphasize the familiar nature of this sport, and this year it will also have the presence of the charismatic Oso Bogey . The Campo America course has been chosen for this competition, having a wide route and spectacular views of the mountain range of Ojén and the Mediterranean.
On August 18th, the IXth Circuit Match Quality Golf will take place in the Campo Europa and it consists of 56 tournaments held on the best golf courses in Spain, where each of the competitions is configured as an independent test.
Finally, on August 19th, La Cala Resort will host theLARF Foundation Cornwall Solidary Tournament. This trophy is celebrated on the destined to help in the treatment and care of teenagers and young adults under 24 who are suffering and undergoing cancer and leukemia. Including this edition, the complex has been acting as the venue of this charitable event for four consecutive years, and it has always achieved a great success of participation and fund-raising.
