My great adventure has commenced with a trip that was not expected, full or surprises and mostly very enjoyable. We even stopped over at Paris and was fortunate enough to spend some time in this most beautiful of cities.

We arrived in Durban, South Africa and it was all quite different, the ambiance is incredible with a great feeling of camaraderie between the team and that fine golfing atmosphere.

This is our first day and we get up at the break of day (we haven’t really relaxed) and are taken to an unbelievably golf course that is the Umhiali Country Club, I try to put into practice what we all know , and that is play golf.

Our group is now enjoying a fantastic evening gala at the hotel where each countries flags are held aloft by players from each participating country. I get that strange feeling that one has when you see your nations flag in a far away place.
