The Spanish team finished in a well deserved 8th position
at the amateur World Golfers Championship in South Africa.
In a repeat of the 2010 World final, Juan Antonio Ruiz Batana finished in the 4th position in the individual rankings, only two shots off the winner.
The winner in this first category was Susanne Dieners from Germany, who has a long standing relationship with La Cala Resort, as she won the German qualifier played on Campo America in April.
José Antonio Gallardo, with an average of 75 shots per round, finalizad 6th in his category.
The team is expected to arrive, in a flight from Paris, at Málaga airport on Sunday, 6th November at 13.00 hrs.
