Participants
The competition is limited to players (male & female), of any age, with Spanish or other International handicap.
No limit of handicap BUT to qualify for a prize the maximum handicap for men is 26.4 & ladies 36.4
FORMAT: Individual Stableford (hcp), 54 holes.

- Three categories, prizes for the best three results in each category
- Special prizes (e.g,longest drive, nearest the pin..)
- The XIV LaCala GolfWorld Open Champion will be the player with the best score over the three rounds

Monday, 26th November
Tournament Presentation, welcome reception & dinner, 19.00hrs.
Tuesday, 27th November
Texas Scramble competition 09.30hrs (Campo America , draw for teams) followed by light lunch 15.00hrs (main course & drink) and prize-giving.
Wednesday, 28th November
1st Round 09.30hrs (Campo Asia) followed by light lunch 15.00 hrs (main course & drink)(15.00hrs)
Thursday, 29th November
2nd Round 09.30hrs (Campo Europa) followed by light lunch 15.00hrs (main course & drink)
Friday, 30th November
3rd Round 09.30hrs (Campo America). Gala dinner followed by prize-giving, 20.00hrs.
La Cala Golf reserves the right to change the confirmed courses, due to unforeseen /special circumstances.

In the event that a day is cancelled then all the scores for that day will not count towards the final score. It is duly noted that because multiple courses are in use at any one time that competitors scores will count at different courses. This will be part of the tournament and considered the “rub of the green”.
