The art of tuna carving, live experience

On May 10th, from 7:00 pm to 9:00 pm, we invite you to experience a unique evening at the Clubhouse terrace.

Discover the traditional art of bluefin tuna carving, a ritual that blends skill, precision and respect for the product, where each cut reveals the richness of one of the Mediterranean’s finest delicacies.

The evening will be accompanied by a live performance from JB Duo, setting the perfect atmosphere to enjoy a carefully curated tasting cocktail. Paired with a selection of cava and white wine, including references from Codorníu.

An experience designed to be enjoyed with all five senses.
