Ample 3 bedroom corner townhouse situated in a high position but only a few minutes from La Cala Resort club house.

 This Superb corner townhouse is situated in one of the best locations in the Resort, with amazing views of the entire resort down to the sea and the mountains. As it is a corner unit, is very private and has a bit of garden in the front and also in the side of the property, having different options for sun and shade during the day.

The townhouse is fully equipped with a maximum capacity for 6 people. It has air conditioning/heating through all the house and TV satellite in the living-room and 1 of the bedrooms. This property has a big contemporary kitchen that includes all needed with all appliances (fridge-freezer, ceramic hob top, oven, microwave oven, dish-washer and washing machine). The Bedrooms are spacious and fully equipped with spare bed linen. There are ample wardrobes for clothing and suitcases. The main bedroom has a separate walking closet and private bathroom with big shower and jacuzzi bath + underfloor heating. The bedrooms have the following distribution: Master bedroom with king size bed, Second bedrooms with double bed and the third bedroom with 1single bed. It also has a big private garage private with direct access to the property. This property forms part of a beautiful community, with spacious gardens, 2 big swimming pools for adults and separate pools for children, all located within an enclosed area.
