Wellness activities

We have a wide range of activities and facilities to help you feel well throughout the year. With our warm climate and inspiring scenery, exercise has never been so enjoyable.

You can have fun and feel great simply walking around the resort, exercising with yoga, pilates, taichi, or toning up with our gymnasium circuit. You can also learn sevillanas – the Spanish local dance, try classic ballroom dancing and much more.

  • Zumba: A fit and funky cardio workout to the hottest sounds. If you like dancing you will love this!
  • Pilates: A safe and effective way to stretch, strengthen and streamline your body.
  • Aquagym: Toning exercises in the pool – ideal for all ages. If you’re looking for something different, try them!
