Guadalupe Collado is our Reservations Coordinator who joined our La Cala team in 2006.  She is also known as “Lupe” by her colleagues and guests, and works “behind the scenes” to ensure that every booking inquiry is handled with personal attention to recommend the best options and packages.

  Following her University of Malaga degree in communications, she acquired a business certification specializing in golf courses.  Little did she know, while serving as an intern at our golf academy and hotel during an end-of-year educational trip that she would, in the future, be working at La Cala.

As the majority of Lupe’s interaction with our guests is conducted by phone, she states, “I like my clients to feel that their request is being handled with a smile.” Together with her colleagues, she continues to cultivate the relationships with our many loyal guests who return to La Cala throughout the years.  Lupe adds, “I am always happy when I can make a difference by booking your next stay with us.”
