The implementation of this useful tool, developed by the Mastel Company, has been a resounding success. Since its launch in January, the number of bookings has instantly increased, as reflected in the website statistics of the resort. Commercial director of La Cala Resort, Noemi Roman, said, “The rise in reservations has been spectacular.” Therefore, “we are creating an information campaign for clients to book golf under the slogan “Book Online & Enjoy Offline.”
The application allows the player to choose between different products (‘3-course pass’, ‘play with amigos’, etc.), vouchers, special promotions and holiday periods (e.g. Easter) all offered by La Cala Resort. In a few clicks, you can select the course you want to play: Europe, Asia or America; select your preferred tee time and day and start enjoying!
Each window provides detailed information to locate the best price and to make your online reservation a safe process. It includes aspects such as availability, real-time rates or specific terms & conditions of a product. All the information is then loaded into a virtual basket and you then only need to follow the usual steps of an online purchase. It allows the user to make use of any credit card or debit card to complete the purchase process.
Playing golf is a unique experience at La Cala Resort, with its three 18-hole championship courses: America, Europe and Asia; not to mention its golf academy and training facility.
