Taylor Wimpey Spain and La Cala Resort propel in Mijas costa, one of the greatest golf complexes in southern Europe

Both companies sign a strategic alliance that will involve the development of more than 600 homes in the next 10 years. This new joint project will involve an investment of approximately 125 million euros.

The Spanish subsidiary of British developer Taylor Wimpey Plc and the Irish hotel chain FBD Hotels and Resorts have signed a strategic alliance for the development of more than 600 homes in the next ten years, with an expected investment of over € 125,000,000.
The collaboration between Taylor Wimpey España and the hotel chain FBD Hotels and Resorts, managed by La Cala Resort, took its first steps in 2014. As a result of this synergy, in 2016 Taylor Wimpey Spain delivered the first residential, called MIRAVAL, of 60 apartments with a contemporary style. It is currently promoting the HORIZON GOLF project consisting of 48 apartments and 55 townhouses, some of which will be delivered this year and the rest will be delivered to their owners in 2018.

La Cala Resort is known to be consolidated as a golf destination and gateway break in Spain, with 3 golf courses of 18 holes, an exclusive four star hotel with 107 rooms and a spa of 1,300 m2, tennis courts, Paddle tennis, squash and soccer field. With this new alliance, it is at the forefront of international residential tourism, with one of the best and most varied residential housing in low density complex with panoramic views of golf, sea and mountain, and only 30 Minutes from Malaga airport.

Uniqueness of Horizon Golf

The Horizon Golf project offers two housing formats to choose from. On one side, houses of more than 300 m2 with three bedrooms and two bathrooms, plus 90 m2 of terraces and solarium distributed on four floors, with the option of private elevator installation for easy access from the private underground parking to the panoramic solarium.On the other hand, the spacious two and three bedroom apartments and penthouses with landscaped lounges give to spacious terraces of more than 30 m2.
