THE AWARD-WINNING SPANISH RESORT completes IMPROVEMENTS TO THEIR ICONIC CLUBHOUSE AREA
La Cala, the leading 4-star golf resort in Spain, continues to improve its offering with the completion of the recent upgrade to the iconic La Cala clubhouse area.
Guests will now be able to enjoy an extended terrace comprising of both shaded and unshaded areas, with plenty of different seating options, ideal for unwinding after a round of golf or spa massage. Two new pergolas on each side of the terrace have been added, with laid back sofas and chairs also available.
The wonderful clubhouse terrace area, affording those captivating views, has been extended to accommodate more seating areas, providing more golfers and clients the chance to enjoy this space. Not only will there be more seating, but there will also be distinct sections with different ambiances to experience.
In the coming weeks, new furniture will be added and put in place both on the terrace and in the cool and calming canopy area, completing the final, finishing touches to this project.

In addition, next winter will see further improvements to the inside area of the clubhouse with the addition of expansive glass windows to bring the outside in. La Cala is also making improvements to the hotel’s striking Panoramic Bar with more tables and seating spaces, plus a new menu.
Following the completion of the overall construction, the new terrace has been officially inaugurated during an evening with the property owners at La Cala, who were all able to experience this new setting and see first-hand the scale of the finished renovations.
La Cala hosts a variety of real estate developments located all around the 4-million square metre property. From apartment buildings like the Sun Valley and Harmony projects, to the Natura townhouses and La Reserva Villa plots, La Cala boasts a huge array of stunning real estate opportunities.
The constant efforts to improve and upgrade the facilities at La Cala has also impacted the recent recognition and awards the resort has received. Judges from the industry-leading Golf World Top 100 Rankings have recognised La Cala as the 73rd best golf resort in the world in their Top 100 World Resorts list.
This is the latest in a series of accolades received by La Cala. Golf World also ranked La Cala Resort as the best 4* resort in Spain and the third best resort in the country. La Cala also received an Outstanding Service Award from the global golf tourism organisation IAGTO, in recognition for their extraordinary efforts to provide partners and guests the highest levels of customer service throughout the pandemic.
